If you have taken the leap to Windows XP, you will surely notice that there are many new things to look at and get used to.  If you are like me, you might be used to the way things were and you might not want them to change.  Unfortunately, change is the only constant.

To assist in this transition, I will start to write a series of "XP How To" articles which explain how things are done in Windows XP.

The first in this series is this article, dealing with the Start menu.

To begin with, I did not like my start menu. I wanted my old one back, so, to get back to the old look of the Start Menu, take the following steps:

          1.  Right click on the Start button, select "Properties", and you will be presented with the following window:

          3.  Click "Apply" and be on your merry way.

You can hang onto the old times for a little while longer......

Let me know if you have any Windows XP tips like this that you want me to share with others.
