The introduction of VB.net
I was sitting in a meeting the other day when I heard the phrase, "....since VB is going away..."
This stunned and alarmed me, so I decided to follow up. The actuality of it is that the introduction of VB.net will change the way that VB functions and there are a lot of things that you must do in preparation for this morphing.
Below are some links to pages that will explain what VB.net is and what you need to get ready for it.

Personally, I think that the move is great. But, keep in mind that I am a novice who has not spent the past 3 years developing code in VB 5 and 6 that will now have to be revamped and I will have to relearn a lot of new stuff (not that I mind this).
